The hotel was in a comfortable location so close to a cafe less than a half mile away, the pub below and the surrounding area for what we wanted it for.

Got spotless and quiet room with bedroom, the bar, for instance - always come in handy. The food was delicious and the staff were great and lovely. Had stunning location in the middle of the city, not very far from Covent Garden.
The staff - some of them were not very helpful.

They provided great advice on getting to the concert and arranged taxi numbers for us.

Beautiful surroundings and excellent service
We were delighted by the fine countryside that surrounded the inn, perfect for long walks. The room was well-equipped and quiet. The staff were great, offering valuable local tips and genuinely friendly service. One aspect that could be improved is the dining options. While they were decent, a bit more variety would enhance the experience.

The family room offered a comfortable stay with a massive shower and a large TV. The staff were particularly commendable, staying past closing time to assist us after a long journey, which showcased their cute nature. Noise from neighboring rooms disrupted our sleep a few times, and the quaint old building may not suit everyone's taste.

We stayed in the family room, spacious and had a massive shower. The staff were friendly, we felt welcome right from our check-in after a long journey. There was plenty of tea and coffee available.
My kids wished there was a bit more space for their toys. The bedside lamp wasn't working at all, which could really have made a difference for evening reading or bedtime routines.
